Search bars: There are three ways to search for a job based on what you are looking for:
Keyword Search: You can use this bar to search by free form text. This will return jobs that have this text somewhere in the job description. Examples: RF, PXI, LabVIEW certified etc.
State/County: You can view vacancies by the State or County where you would like to find a job. Examples: California, Texas, Wiltshire etc. (NOTE: Try searching by the full name fist and then try the abbreviation ie Texas then TX).
City/ Town: You can view vacancies by the City or Town where you would like to find a job. Examples: Austin, London, Paris etc.
Applying for jobs: To apply for a vacancy that matches your requirements just click on the APPLY button underneath the vacancy description. An e-mail with your details will be sent to the employer who will contact you directly should your skill set be suitable for the position. (NOTE: You must be logged in to be able to view full details of the vacancy and apply. If you have not already registered, you will need to register before being able to apply)
Company Vacancy Search: You will notice that there are Companies that have placed their logos on the site. If you click on the logo on the homepage, all of the relevant vacancies at that Company will be displayed in the returned results section. If you click on the logo on the actual vacancy you will be directed to the relevant recruitment page on the Company's website.
CV upload: To enhance your prospects of being contacted by the prospective employer it is recommended that you upload your current CV or Resume. This will be available for the employer to view as soon as you apply.
Employers
Posting your vacancy: To post your job vacancies for FREE, you will need to login to the site. (NOTE: If you have not already registered, you will need to register. Your login details will then be sent to you by email). Once you have logged in, you will find your own admin area where you can post your vacancies. When you have filled the position, you just delete your vacancy.
Registered jobseekers who match your criteria will be notified by email as soon as you have posted your vacancy. You should start receiving CV's immediately from interested candidates.
Account upgrade: To enhance your prospects of finding your ideal candidate, you can upgrade your account. Upgrading will enable you to perform the following:
Candidate Search: Search through current candidates by a freeform search term within your own admin area. All candidates matching your search terms will be shown in the returned search area.
Company Logo: You can upload your Company logo which will be shown above your vacancy and randomly on our homepage. If a candidate clicks on your logo on the homepage, they will see all of your current vacancies returned in the search area. If a candidate clicks on your logo while viewing your vacancy, it will take them to a page on your own website that you specify within your admin area. This page could be an HR page or a relevant page on your website that describes what your company offers.
Payment: Your account upgrade payment is made simply and securely with Pay-Pal.
